Apple Muffin Mix

2  Cups Self Rising Flour
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1 teas. Watkins Cinnamon
1/4 teas. Watkins Nutmeg
1 Cup Chopped Dried Apple

Mix: Combine and store in an airtight container. Attach a card with the following recipe information:

Apple Muffins:
1 Package Mix
1 Egg
3/4 Cup Milk
1/4 Cup Watkins Original Grapeseed Oil

Preheat oven to 400. Mix all ingredients just until moistened. Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown.
