Angel Macaroons

1 Package Angel Food Cake Mix -- one step type, 16 oz
1/2 Cup Water
1 1/2 teas. Watkins Almond Extract
1/4 teas. Watkins Coconut Extract
1 Package Flaked Sweetened Coconut -- 14 oz

In a mixing bowl, beat cake mix, water and extracts on low speed for 30 seconds. Scrape bowl; beat on medium for 1 minute. Fold in the coconut. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet, (or greased cookie sheet). Bake at 350 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes or until set. Remove paper with cookies to a wire rack to cool.
