Apple Crisp II
This is a great recipe when you have company, because you
can make it quickly and eat it almost as soon as it comes out of the oven. If you don't
want to slice up apples, use a couple cans of peaches, instead.
4 Cups Sliced Apples
1 teas. Watkins
Cinnamon
1/2 teas. Salt
1/4 Cup Water
3/4 Cup Flour
1 Cup Sugar
2/3 Cup Butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 10-inch x 6-inch baking
pan with Watkins Cooking Spray. Place sliced apples in baking pan; sprinkle with cinnamon,
salt, and water. Mix together flour and sugar; cut in butter with pastry blender or two
forks. Drop mixture over apples. Bake 40 minutes, until golden. Serve warm with milk or
ice cream. Serves six.
