Apple Crisp II

This is a great recipe when you have company, because you can make it quickly and eat it almost as soon as it comes out of the oven. If you don't want to slice up apples, use a couple cans of peaches, instead.

4 Cups Sliced Apples
1 teas. Watkins Cinnamon
1/2 teas. Salt
1/4 Cup Water
3/4 Cup Flour
1 Cup Sugar
2/3 Cup Butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 10-inch x 6-inch baking pan with Watkins Cooking Spray. Place sliced apples in baking pan; sprinkle with cinnamon, salt, and water. Mix together flour and sugar; cut in butter with pastry blender or two forks. Drop mixture over apples. Bake 40 minutes, until golden. Serve warm with milk or ice cream. Serves six.
