2 Cups Sugar
1 Quart Water
1 Tbsp Watkins Fruit Punch Beverage Concentrate
3 Tbsp Watkins Cinnamon Extract
Use enough apples to fill 6 pints
Peel and cut apples into wedges. Place in hot, sterilized
pint jars. (Fill 6 jars.) Make syrup of sugar and water. Simmer until sugar is dissolved
and then boil 5 minutes. Stir in Fruit Punch and Cinnamon Extract. Pour hot syrup over
apples in jars, leaving 1" headspace. Seal jars and process in boiling water bath for
20 minutes. Have an old towel ready on the countertop for when you take the jars out. As
the jars seal, they will ooze syrup. This may be a little messy but they still seal.
