Ell's Apple Cake - Watkinized

1-3/4 Cups Sugar
1 teas. Salt
3 Eggs
1 teas. Watkins Cinnamon
1 Cup Watkins Original Grapeseed Oil
2 Cups Sliced Macintosh Apples
2 Cups Flour
1 Cup Chopped Nuts
1 teas. Watkins Baking Powder

Beat sugar and eggs. Add oil and beat until creamy. Add dry ingredients. Fold in apples and nuts. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
