Breakfast Pork Sausage
1 pound / 454 g Fresh Ground Pork
1 to 1-1/2 teas. / 5 to 7.5 ml, to taste Watkins Poultry Seasoning
1/2 to 3/4 teas. / 2.5 to 4 ml, to taste Watkins Cajun Pepper
3/4 teas. / 4 ml Salt
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours
to blend flavors. Remove from refrigerator and shape into patties or links. Pan-fry over
medium heat until done. Makes 6 servings.
