Breakfast Cake

1 Cup Sugar
2 Cups Flour
1 Tbsp. Butter
2 Tbsp. Watkins Baking Powder
1 Egg
1 Tbsp. Water
1 Cup Milk
1 teas. Watkins Vanilla

Mix ingredients and pour into 9"x9"x2" pan. Place pats of butter on top.  Sprinkle with brown sugar and Watkins Cinnamon. Bake at 350*F for 25 minutes.
