
Cherry Cheesecake Pie
1 Can Pie Cherries (reg. or light)
1 Graham Cracker Crust (reg. or reduced fat)
8 oz. Reduced Fat Cream Cheese (neuchatel) softened
8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed (regular or light - fat free too soft)
1 teas. Watkins White Vanilla
Extract
1 teas. Watkins Almond
1/3 Cup Sugar
With electric mixer, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla
and almond extracts. Add whipped topping and mix until well blended. Fill prepared crust
and evenly top with pie cherries. Chill for at least 3 hours before serving.
