
Chocolate Cappuccino
1/4 Cup Watkins Baking Cocoa
1/4 Cup Sugar
1/4 cup Boiling Water
2 Cups coffee
2 Cups Milk, heated
3/4 Cup Vanilla Syrup (see recipe on this site)
3/4 Cup Whipping Cream, whipped

Cocoa or Watkins Cinnamon, for garnish
In a small bowl, mix together cocoa and sugar, then
water. Stir with a whisk until smooth. This can be made ahead of time and stored in a
covered jar.
To make 6 servings: In a pitcher, combine coffee and milk
(make sure it's very hot; if not, heat in microwave or in pot). Add cocoa mix and flavored
syrup. Pour into six mugs and top with whipped cream. Sprinkle with cocoa or cinnamon.
To make one serving: In a mug, combine 1/3 cup coffee and
1/3 cup milk, 1 Tbsp. cocoa mixture and 2 Tbsp. flavored syrup. Top with whipped cream.
Sprinkle with cocoa or cinnamon.
