Chesapeake Appetizer Spread

1 Package (8 Oz. / 227 g) Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup ( 60 ml) Sour Cream
3 Tbsp. (45 ml) Mayonnaise
1 1/2 Tbsp. (2.5 ml) Watkins Crab Snack & Dip Mix
1 Tbsp. (15 ml) Watkins Onion Flakes
1/4 tsp. (1.2 ml) Watkins Garlic Granules
Dash Watkins Cayenne (Red) Pepper
6 Oz. (170 g) Crab Meat (if canned, rinse and drain; if frozen, thaw)
1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Watkins Paprika

In medium bowl, combine first 7 ingredients; mix well. Add crab meat. Place mixture in shallow serving dish, such as a decorative pie plate, and bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 10 minutes. Take out of oven and sprinkle with cheese and Paprika. Return to oven and bake until bubbly (about 15 minutes). Let stand 5 minutes. Serve hot with assorted crackers or toast points. Makes 10 servings.
