
Cinnamon Apple Muffins
2 1/3 Cups Flour
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 teas. Watkins
Cinnamon
1/2 teas. Salt
9 Tbsp. Butter
1 Large Apple
1/3 Cup Sugar
1 Tbsp. Watkins
Baking Powder
1 Egg
1 Cup Milk
1 teas. Watkins Vanilla, Double Strength
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix 1/3 Cup Flour, 1/4
Cup Brown Sugar and 1/2 teas Cinnamon and 3 Tbsp. Butter. Mix until crumbly.
Set aside. Melt remaining butter (6 Tbsp.). Peel and slice apple.
Combine 2 cups flour, sugar, Watkins Baking Powder and salt. Mix egg, milk, Watkins Vanilla and melted butter.
Stir egg mixture into flour mixture until combined. Stir in apples. Spoon into
papered muffin tin. Top with crumb mixture. Bake 20-25 minutes. Makes 12
muffins.
