
Diabetic Cranberry Sauce

3 cups Cranberries
1 1/2 cup Boiling Water
1/2 cup Orange Juice
Sucaryl Solution 1 teaspoon For spiced cranberry sauce
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
1/8 tsp Watkins Nutmeg
1/8 tsp Watkins Pure Ground Cloves
1/8 tsp Watkins Pure Cinnamon
Cook cranberries in boiling water until skins are broken.
Then ADD the remaining ingredients. Then CHILL in refrigerator.
Yield: 8 servings
