Peanut Butter - Hot Fudge Crockpot Cake

Here is a recipe for peanut butter cake. It has a hot fudge topping and is made in the crock pot. It is really easy and VERY good!

1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar - divided
3/4 teas. Watkins Baking Powder
1/3 Cup Milk
1 Tbsp. Watkins Original Grapeseed Oil
1/2 teas. Watkins Vanilla, Original Double-Strength
1/4 Cup Peanut Butter
3 Tbsp. Watkins Baking Cocoa
1 Cup Boiling Water

In a medium bowl, combine flour, 1/4 cup sugar and baking powder. Add milk, oil and Watkins Vanilla. Stir until smooth. Mix in peanut butter. Pour into crockpot and spread evenly. In the same mixing bowl, stir together the remaining 1/2 cup sugar and cocoa. Gradually stir in boiling water. Pour mixture over batter in crockpot. Do not stir. Cover and cook on high setting for 2 to 3 hours or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream, hot fudge sauce and nuts, if desired.
