Crunchy Sweet Potato Bake

3 Cups Mashed Sweet Potatoes
1 Cup Sugar
1 teas. Watkins Vanilla
1/3 Cup Milk
2 Eggs
1 Stick Butter

Mix all of above ingredients until smooth, then pour into a greased oblong casserole. Top with following topping.

Crunchy Topping:
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1/3 Cup Butter
1/3 Cup Flour
1 Cup Chopped Nuts

Combine all of topping ingredients and spread over top of sweet potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Walnuts or pecans are especially good. Great for around the Holidays!
