Cucumber Salad

3-4 Medium Sized Cucumbers (peeled with a potatoe peeler)
2 teas. Watkins Cucumber Dill Snack N Dip Mix
3 Tbsp. Mayonaise (or low-fat substitute)
1/2 teas. Watkins Lemon Pepper
4 Tbsp. Dill Pickle Juice
1 Tbsp. Sweet Pickle Juice

Quarter peeled cucumbers and place in a food processor along with all remaining ingredients. Grate to desired consistency. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
