Customer Numbers

Watkins assigns customer numbers to all Direct Order Customers. It is a good idea for you to call Watkins Membership Hotline at 1-800-833-2113 to have that number assigned before you send out a catalog. Once your customer is assigned a Personal Customer Number, their information is in the system and is attached to your Watkins ID number. That means whenever they place an order you get paid.

To help your customer place orders easily you may want to create a refrigerator magnet for them. You can use a program such as Printmaster to create a business card. On the card include your name, the order entry phone number and your customer's Personal Customer number. Print 1 copy of the card, cut to size and attach to a business card magnet found in office supply stores and some discount department stores. If you don't have a software program to do this, you can hand write the information on your business card and attach it to the magnet. Send it to your customer with their catalog and a note. This system makes it easy for your customer to find the phone number and their Customer Number in one handy place.

Be sure to keep your customers happy and satisfied with your service. A customer can choose to have another Associate represent them if they so desire. Customer numbers will stay attached to your Watkins ID # unless a customer specifically requests to change it.
