
Chocolate Zucchini Bread
2-1/2 Cups Flour
1/2 Cup Watkins
Baking Cocoa
2-1/2 teas. Watkins
Baking Powder
1-1/2 teas. Baking Soda
1 teas. Watkins
Sea Salt
1 teas. Watkins
Cinnamon
3/4 Cup Watkins
Original Grapeseed Oil
2 Cups Sugar
3 Eggs
2 teas. Watkins Vanilla, Double Strength
2 Cups Ground, or Shredded Zucchini
1 Cup Nuts, chopped (optional)
1/2 Cup Milk
Combine dry ingredients. Beat sugar and oil until
blended. Add eggs one at a time. Stir in Watkins
Vanilla and zucchini. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk. Add nuts.
Pour into greased and floured bread pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until
toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pans 15 minutes, then turn out onto wire racks. When
cool sprinkle tops with powdered sugar. Makes 2 loaves.
