
Dry Barbecue Rub
4 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp. Hickory Salt
1 Tbsp. Watkins
Oregano
1 Tbsp. Watkins
Cumin
2 Tbsp. Watkins
Garlic Granules
2 Tbsp. Watkins
Chili Powder
2 Tbsp. Watkins
Paprika
1 Tbsp. Watkins
Onion Granules
2 Tbsp. Watkins
Dry Mustard
1/4 teas. Watkins
Cayenne Pepper
Mix dry ingredients thoroughly. Rub generously into
skinless chicken, pork chops or whatever. Let the meat 'marinate' for an hour, then toss
on the grill for a slow cooking.
