Dilly Deviled Eggs
6 Hard Cooked Eggs
1/4 Cup Reduced-Calorie Mayonnaise
1 1/2 Tbsp. German Mustard
1/2 teas. Watkins
Onion Powder Granules
1/4 teas. Watkins
Celery Seed
1/4 teas. Salt
1/8 teas. Watkins
Pepper
1/2 teas. Watkins
Dill Weed
Whole Wheat Wafer Crackers
Tomato & Watkins
Parsley for garnish
Cut each egg crosswise into slices. Remove yolks (set
aside egg whites) and put in small bowl; mash well. Stir in mayonnaise, mustard, onion
granules, celery seed, salt, dill weed and pepper. Top each cracker square with an egg
white slice. Spoon or pipe yolk mixture onto egg whites. Garnish with tomato and parsley.
Sprinkle paprika or dill weed, if desired. Makes 48 appetizers, 2 per serving.
