
Easy Chili
1 Lb. / 454 g Lean Ground Beef
1/2 Cup / 125 ml Chopped Green Pepper
1/2 Cup / 125 ml Chopped Onion
1 Can (15 oz / 425 ml) Kidney Beans, drained
1 Can (16 oz / 454g) Diced Tomatoes or Stewed Tomatoes
1 Can (8 oz / 227g) Tomato Sauce
2 Tbsp / 30 ml Watkins Chili Seasoning, more if desired
Brown ground beef along with green pepper and onions in
large kettle; drain grease if necessary. Add remaining ingredients and bring mixture to a
boil. Reduce heat and simmer at least 30 minutes. Garnish as desired with chopped onions,
shredded cheese, or sour cream. (Makes 6 servings).
