One Deer
As many Jackrabbits as four skilled hunters can bag in one day
All the Vegetables in season
All the Watkins Spices in town
Load an 80-gallon pressure cooker with all the above and
with ample water; Cook until the lid gasket blows out. De-bone and dice the meat. Hide the
jackrabbit bones. Leave the deer bones in sight. Serve free whiskey before the feast.
Serve the venison to the few who are sober. Serve the jackrabbit to the rest.
