Frozen Grapes with Vanilla Nut Sauce
Remove the stems from 16 ounces of red or green seedless
grapes. Place on a tray lined with paper towel and freeze until hard. Serve in dessert
dishes with Vanilla Nut Sauce.
Vanilla Nut Sauce
3 Tbsp. Watkins
Vanilla Dessert Mix
2 Cups Skim Milk
1 1/2 teas. Watkins
Vanilla Nut Extract
3 Tbsp. Honey
1/4 Cup Egg Substitute
Combine first four ingredients; bring to a boil over
medium heat. Cool slightly and add Vanilla Nut Extract. Cover with plastic wrap and cool
completely in refrigerator.
