Five Pounds of Wonderful Fudge

1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 can evaporated milk         
4 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 lb. marshmallows
2 ounces unsweetened chocolate
2 pkgs. (6 oz. each) semi-sweet chocolate pieces
3 pkgs. (4 oz. each) sweet baking chocolate
1 1/2 tsp. Watkins Vanilla - Double Strength
2 cups chopped nuts.

Combine butter, milk and sugar in large skillet. Stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Bring to a boil, cover. Boil 5 minutes, then remove from heat. Add marshmallows, stir until melted. Add the 3 kinds of chocolate, one at a time, stirring until melted. Add vanilla and nuts, blending well. Pour into buttered jelly roll pan and let stand until firm. Cut into squares.
