Four Flavor Cake
2 sticks margarine
½ cup shortening
5 eggs
3 cups sugar
1 cup milk
3 cups flour
½ tsp. Watkins
Baking Powder
½ teas. Watkins
Coconut Extract
½ tsp. Watkins Vanilla, Original
Double-Strength
½ Tsp. Watkins
Butter Extract
½ Tsp. Watkins
Almond Extract
Cream sugar, shortening, margarine and eggs. Add milk
alternately with flour. Add the flavorings & extracts. Bake in greased and floured
tube (bundt) pan at 350 degrees for 1 ½ hours. Let cool just until you make glaze.
Glaze:
½ cup water
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. Watkins Vanilla, Original Double-Strength
1 tsp. Butter
Flavoring
1 tsp. Coconut
Extract
1 tsp. Almond
Extract
Bring to a full boil and brush on hot cake.
