Famous Rhubarb Cake

Cream together:
1/2 Cup Shortening
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
1 Beaten Egg

Add:
1 Cup Sour Milk (Sour with lemon juice)
2 Cups Flour
1 teas. Baking Soda
1 teas. Watkins Vanilla, Original Double-Strength
2 Cups Rhubarb - add last

Pour in a 13 X 9 in. pan

Topping:
Mix 1/2 Cup White Sugar with 1 teas. Watkins Cinnamon
Sprinkle over batter.
