Fruity Punch Squares

2 Cups / 500 ml Cold Water
4 Envelopes Unflavored Gelatin
2 Cups / 500 ml Juice (you can use apple, orange, grape, grapefruit, or canned pineapple juice) or water
1 Cup / 250 ml White Sugar
3 Tbsp. /45 ml Watkins Beverage Concentrate, any flavor

In large bowl, add gelatin to water, stirring well.  Let stand 10 minutes to allow gelatin to soften.  Bring juice to a boil.  Carefully stir hot juice and the sugar into gelatin mixture until all of the gelatin crystals are dissolved.  Stir in Beverage Concentrate of choice; mix well.  Pour into an 11 x 7 inch / 28 x 18 cm baking dish.  Refrigerate until firm; about 3 hours.  Cut into cubes or assorted shapes.  Makes 8 servings.
