
Garlic-Herb Grilled Vegetables
Vegetables take on a delicious lightly smoked flavor when
prepared on the grill
1/4 Cup / 60 ml Unsweetened Pineapple Juice
2 Tbsp. / 30 ml Balsamic Vinegar
2 teas. / 10 ml Watkins Garlic Liquid Spice
1 1/2 teas. / 7.5 ml Watkins Mediterranean Herb Rub
1/2 teas. / 2.5 ml Watkins Sea Salt
Red or green bell peppers, cut into thick strips zucchini
or yellow summer squash, sliced lengthwise in 1/4 inch / 5 mm slices, red or yellow
onions, and peeled and cut into 1/4 inch / 5 mm slices. Combine pineapple juice, balsamic
vinegar, garlic liquid spice, medeterranean herb run, and salt in shaker jar. Let stand 1
hour before using. Shake again, brush sauce on vegetables before and during grilling.
Cooking times will vary according to the size and firmness of vegetables so remove from
grill as soon as they are tender. (Makes 6 servings)
