Garlic Salsa

3 chopped tomatoes
8-10 oz. Tomato sauce
2-3 cloves roasted garlic (more if you like)
1 tsp. Watkins Salsa Seasoning
¼ cup chopped red or green pepper
¼ cup chopped onion
1 tsp. chopped jalapeno pepper.

Simmer on stove to thicken and blend flavors. Cool and serve.
