
Graham Cracker Crust
1-1/4 Cups / 325 mL Fine Graham-Cracker Crumbs
1/4 Cup / 60 mL Sugar
6 Tbsp. / 90 mL Butter or Margarine, melted
Combine all ingredients; mix well. Press firmly into
9-inch / 23-cm pie plate. Bake at 375ºF / 190ºC for 6 to 9 minutes or until edges are
browned; cool. For an unbaked crust, chill 45 minutes, then fill. Makes 10 servings.
