Gruyere & Ham Mock Soufflés

2 Cup Ham, diced
2 Cups Gruyere Cheese, cubed (can substitute Swiss)
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 teas. Watkins Horseradish Mustard
1/4 lb. Butter
12 Slices Lightly Toasted Bread
2 1/4 Cups Milk
5 Eggs
1 teas. Watkins Omelet & Soufflé Seasoning

Combine ham, cheese, mayonnaise, mustard and mix well. Make 6 heavily buttered sandwiches with bread and mixture. Cut sandwiches into 4 triangular pieces. Stack triangular sandwiches (crust down) in a soufflé dish. Mix milk, eggs and omelet & soufflé seasoning and pour over sandwiches. Cover and let stand in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Top should be golden brown.
