
Grilled Fajita Chicken Breasts
6 Medium Sized Chicken Breasts
2 Tbsp. Watkins Fajita Seasoning Blend
1/2 Cup Flour
2 1/2 teas. Watkins Sea Salt
Watkins Ginger-Garlic Oil
1 teas. Watkins Lemon Pepper
2-3 Tbsp. Watkins Chicken Seasoning Blend
Sprinkle Ginger-garlic oil generously over chicken
breasts leaving skin in tact. Let stand to marinate at room temp 15-20 minutes. Into a
zip-lock baggie, add all other ingredients--shake to blend. Adding one chicken breast at a
time, shake in baggie to coat all sides of breasts well. If possible use a double-sided
grill machine which will grill both sides at once. Excess oil & fat will drain off. If
not, regular grilling will be fine!
Cook for approximately 15 minutes each breast. A smaller
grill will accomodate 4 breasts at a time.
