
Grilled Salmon Steaks
1 teas. Watkins Dill
1 teas. Watkins Onion Granules
1/2 teas. Watkins Garlic Granules
4- 1 inch Thick Salmon Steaks
1 Lemon
2 Tbsp. Butter-melted
Prepare charcoal grill or preheat broiler. Combine dill,
onion salt and garlic granules. Sprinkle on both sides of fish. Cut lemon in half; juice
one half, and slice the other for serving. Place fish on oiled grill or broiler pan. Cook
4-5 mins per side, or until slightly firm to the touch and opaque in the center, basting
with lemon and butter. Makes 4 servings. HINT: Don't want Dill? Try Watkins Tarragon
