
Grilled Shrimp
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
1/4 Cup Watkins Original Grapeseed Oil
1 1/2 Tbsp. Reduced-Sodium Soy Sauce
3 Tbsp. Watkins Garlic & Parsley Grapeseed Oil
1/2 teas. Watkins Lemon Pepper
1/4 teas. Watkins Seasoning Salt
Generous dash Watkins Cayenne Pepper
1 1/4 Pounds Medium-Size Shrimp, shelled and deveined with tails intact
Combine all ingredients, except shrimp, in a large
zip-lock plastic freezer bagl mix well. Add shrimp and seal. Refrigerate and marinate 1
hour, turning bag occasionally. thread shrimp onto skewers; reserve marinade. Place
skewers over hot coals; grill 4 minutes on one side, turn, brush with marinade and grill
an additional 4 minutes or until shrimp are pink and tender. Makes 6 servings.
