
Grilled Steak & Vegetables
Steak:
4 (6 oz. / 170 g) Filets Mignons (tenderloin steaks), thawed per package directions
3 Tbsp. / 15 mL Watkins Original Grapeseed Oil
1-1/2 teas. / 7.5 mL Watkins Garlic Granules
1 teas. / 5 mL Watkins Thyme
To taste, Watkins Black Pepper
Vegetables:
8 oz. / 227 g Assorted Mushrooms, cut in half
1 Red Bell Pepper, cut into strips
1 Yellow Bell Pepper, cut into strips
2 Tbsp. / 30 mL Watkins Original Grapeseed Oil
1 teas. / 5 mL Watkins Thyme
1 teas. / 5 mL Watkins Garlic Granules
To taste, Freshly Ground Watkins Sea Salt
To Taste, Watkins Black Pepper
Steak:
Combine all ingredients and brush over steaks to coat both sides.
Vegetables:
In center of a large sheet of heavy-duty foil or disposable foil pan, place mushrooms and
peppers. Drizzle oil over top and sprinkle with thyme, garlic granules, salt and pepper.
Seal packet securely or cover pan with foil.
When ready to grill, place steaks and vegetables over
medium-high heat. Cook 10 to 20 minutes or until steaks are of desired doneness and
peppers are crisp-tender. Serve vegetables with steaks. Makes 4 servings.
