Herbed Potato Salad

1 1/2 Pounds Small Red-Skinned Potatoes, cubed (do not peel)
1 teas. Watkins Original Grapeseed Oil
1 Medium Onion , chopped
1 teas. Watkins Thyme
1 teas. Watkins Basil
1/2 teas. Watkins Oregano

Simmer potatoes in warm water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain. While they are cooking, saute onion in oil until tender. Combine potatoes with onion and herbs. Serve at room temperature.
