
Chinese Hot Pot Soup
8 Ounces Lean Ground Beef
6 Cups Water
1/4 Cup Watkins Beef Soup Base
1 (10 ounce) Package Frozen Chinese Stir-fry Vegetables
1/2 Cup Uncooked rice
1/4 Cup Sliced Green Onions
1 Tbsp. Watkins Hot Honey Soy Sauce
1/2 teas. Watkins Soup & Veg. Seasoning
1/4 teas. Watkins Garlic Flakes
1/8 teas. Watkins Black Pepper
In a soup kettle or Dutch oven, brown beef stirring
constantly to crumble; drain excess grease. Add all of the remaining ingredients. Cover
and cook over medium heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve hot.
To microwave: Crumble beef into a 1 1/2 quart glass
baking dish. Microwave (high) 3 to 4 minutes, stirring twice to break up meat; drain
grease. Add remaining ingredients, cover and microwave (high) 10 minutes, stirring twice.
Makes 6 servings.
