
Lima Bean Salad
1 Package (10 oz.) Frozen Lima Beans
1 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
3 Tbsp. Watkins Original Grapeseed Oil
1 Tbsp. Dry Vermouth (optional)
1/4 Cup Chopped Green Chile (fresh or canned)
1/4 Cup Finely-Chopped Celery
1/4 Cup Sweet Pickle Relish
1/4 Cup Sliced Pimento-Stuffed Green Olives
1/4 Cup Sliced Black Olives
1/2 teas. Freshly Ground Watkins Sea Salt
1/2 teas. Watkins Black Pepper
Cook lima beans according to package directions. Drain
and put into a salad bowl. Add remaining ingredients and chill in refrigerator at least
two hours before serving. Serves 4.
