
Little Latkes
4 Medium Potatoes, peeled and shredded
2 Eggs, beaten
2 teas. Watkins
Onion Flakes
1 Tbsp. All-Purpose Flour
1 teas. Watkins
Sea Salt, ground
1/4 teas. Watkins
Dill Weed
1 teas. Watkins
Baking Powder
Watkins Cooking
Spray
Shred potatoes and set aside. Beat eggs until frothy. Add
Watkins Onion Flakes,
flour, salt, lemon-dill liquid spice and baking powder. Drain juice from potatoes and stir
potatoes into egg mixture. Spray frying pan with Watkins Cooking
Spray. Drop mixture by small spoonfuls into frying pan. Brown on both sides.
Serve immediately with one of the Watkins Snack & Dip mixes (prepared in sour cream
or yogurt). If Latkes are made ahead they may be reheated at 350*F oven for approximately
10 minutes or until heated through.
