Meringue Teacakes
This is another favorite my kids just
love. I sprinkle colored sugar on top to make
them festive. You can substitute walnuts, pecans, raisins, M & Ms etc. for
variation.
2 egg whites
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. Watkins Vanilla - Double Strength
1 pkg. chocolate chips (6 oz)
1 cup nuts
1. Preheat
oven to 350o
Cover cookie sheet with foil (or brown
paper)
2. Beat egg
whites, add sugar till forms stiff peaks.
Add vanilla & chocolate chips.
3. Drop by
teaspoons onto sheets.
Place in oven.
TURN OFF OVEN
Do
not open oven for at least 6 hours or overnight.
