Mandarin Orange Corn Bread

1 c All-purpose flour
1 c Yellow corn meal
1/3 ts Salt
3/4 c Sugar
4 ts Watkins Baking Powder ~ aluminum free
2 Eggs
1/2 c Melted margarine
1 c low-fat or fat free milk
1/2 ts Watkins Orange Extract
1 can Economy mandarin orange Slices

Grease an 8x8x2 inch pan. Mix together well, stirring so that orange slices break apart. Pour mixture into pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Serving size: 3" square
