Chocolate Mousse

1 Pudding Recipe Watkins Chocolate Dessert Mix
2 Cups / 500 ml Frozen Whipped Topping, thawed
Additional Whipped Topping, Fresh Fruit

Prepare pudding according to package directions, cover top of pudding with plastic wrap, cool to room temperature.  Stir pudding, fold in whipped topping.  Spoon into dessert dishes, refrigerate until serving time.  Garnish with whipped topping and fresh fruit.  Makes 6 servings.  You can also use Watkins Lemon Dessert Mix or another variety of Watkins Dessert Mix that you like.
