Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
1/4 Cup / 60 mL Low-Fat Plain Yogurt
1/4 Cup / 60 mL Watkins
Original Grapeseed Oil
1/2 Cup / 125 mL Honey
1 teas. / 5 mL Watkins Vanilla
1 Cup / 250 mL Rolled Oats
1 Cup / 250 mL All-Purpose Flour
1 teas. / 5 mL Watkins
Baking Powder
2-1/2 teas. / 12.5 mL Watkins
Cinnamon
1/2 Cup / 125 mL Raisins
1/4 Cup / 60 mL Chopped Walnuts

Spray
Preheat oven to 350ºF / 180ºC. Stir together yogurt,
oil, honey, and vanilla in large bowl. Mix in oats. Add flour, baking powder, and
cinnamon; mix well. Stir in raisins and walnuts. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheet
sprayed with Watkins Cooking Spray. Bake for 14 to 17 minutes or until lightly browned.
Remove to wire rack to cool. Store in air-tight containers. Makes 20 cookies, one per
serving.
