
Peaches & Cream Pie
3/4 Cup Flour
1 teas. Watkins Baking Powder
1/2 teas. Salt
1/4 Cup Wakins Vanilla Dessert Mix
1/3 Cup Sugar
1/4 teas. Watkins Nutmeg
3 Tbsp. Butter
1 Egg
1/2 Cup Milk
15 Oz. Can Sliced Peaches (drained but reserve juice)
8 Oz. Cream Cheese (softened)
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 teas. Watkins Vanilla
3 Tbsp. Peach Juice
1 Tbsp. Sugar
1/2 teas. Watkins Cinnamon
Grease bottom of 10" pie pan (deep dish). Combine
first 9 ingredients in large bowl. beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour into pie dish.
Place drained peaches on batter keeping at least 1 inch away from edge. In small bowl
combine cream cheese and the next 3 ingredients, beat 2 minutes at medium speed and spoon
on top of peaches with the same distance from edge. Next, combine sugar and cinnamon and
sprinkle over creme cheese filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool at room
temperature then chill for several hours. Keep refrigerated.
