Peach Coffee Cake
1 (18 Oz.) Box Yellow Cake Mix
3 Eggs
1/2 teas. Watkins
Peach Extract
1 (12 Oz.) Can Peach Pie Filling
1/2 Cup Pecans or Walnuts, chopped
Combine cake mix, eggs, peach extract and peach pie
filling; beat with electric mixer at medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in nuts and pour in
greased 9 by 13 inch pan.
Topping:
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Flour
1/2 teas. Watkins
Nutmeg
1/2 teas. Watkins
Cinnamon
1/2 Stick Margarine
1/2 Cup Pecan or Walnuts, chopped
Mix topping ingredients with pastry blender until crumbly
and sprinkle over batter. Bake at 375°F for 30-35 minutes.
