2 Cups Flour....sifted
2 teas. Watkins Baking Powder
1 teas. Salt
1/2 teas. Baking Soda
1/2 teas. Watkins Ginger
1/2 teas. Watkins Numeg
1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
1/3 Cup Watkins Original Grapeseed Oil
1 teas. Watkins Vanilla
2 Eggs
1 Can Crushed Pineapple in juice---8 ounces
Into large bowl, sift together frist 6 ingredients. Stir in brown sugar, set aside. In a small bowl, mix oil, vanilla and eggs until well blended. Stiir in undrained pineapple. Add to dry ingredients; stir just until moistened. Pour batter into greased 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 55 to 60 minutes or until loaf is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
