Pasta Shells with Dill Crab Filling
8 Jumbo Pasta Shells
1 teas. Watkins
Garlic & Parsley Grapeseed Oil
or 1/2 teas. Watkins
Liquid Garlic Spice
1/2 Medium Onion, finely chopped
2 Cups Reduced Fat Cottage Cheese
1 - 6 oz. Can White Crab , rinsed and drained well.
1 teas. Watkins
Dill
1 teas. Watkins
Lemon Peel
1/4 teas. Salt
1 1/4 teas. Watkins
Black Pepper
1 -16 oz. Jar Pasta Sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook shells in large pot of
boiling water for 12 minutes or until tender but still firm. Drain. Heat oil in large
skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove
from heat and stir in cheese, crab, dill, lemon peel, salt and pepper. Spoon mixture into
shells. Spread pasta sauce evenly over the bottom of 11" x 7" or 8" x
8" pan. Arrange shells on top of sauce. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
