Peppered Salmon Steaks

1 Tbsp. / 15 mL Watkins Cracked Black Pepper
1-1/4 teas. / 6 mL Watkins Ginger
1 teas. / 5 mL Watkins Seasoning Salt
4 Salmon Steaks, cut 3/4-inch / 2-cm thick (about 2 lbs. / 908 g)
1/4 Cup / 60 mL Melted Butter
Lemon Slices and Parsley, for garnish

Preheat oven to 425ºF / 220ºC. In a small bowl, combine pepper, ginger and Seasoning Salt. Press lightly into both sides of salmon steaks. Arrange steaks in a single layer in a greased shallow baking pan. Drizzle with butter. Bake, basting once with pan juices, until fish is opaque, about 15 minutes. Garnish with lemon slices and parsley. Drizzle with pan juices. Makes 4 servings.
