
Red Onion Salsa
2 Medium Red Onions, finely chopped (1-1/2 Cups / 375 ml)
1 Cup / 250 mL Finely Chopped, Seeded, Tomato
2 teas. / 10 Watkins Garlic Flakes
1/4 Cup / 60 mL Chopped Green Onion
3 Tbsp. / 45 mL Fresh Lime Juice
1 teas. / 5 mL Watkins Cilantro
1 teas. / 5 mL Watkins Salsa Seasoning
Salt, to taste
Combine all ingredients in a glass or plastic bowl;
refrigerate and let stand at least 2 hours to allow flavors to develop. Drain off juices
before serving. Makes 2 Cups / 500 ml - 1/4 Cup / 60 ml per serving.
