Roasted Potatoes

6-8 Yellow Potatoes, peeled and quartered
1/4 Cup prepared Watkins Beef Soup Base
2 -3 Tbsp. Watkins Original Grapeseed Oil
1 teas. Watkins Oregano
1 teas. Salt
1/2 teas. Watkins Black Pepper
Watkins Cooking Spray

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray large baking dish with cooking spray. Add potatoes to the dish. Combine beef broth, oil, salt, pepper, oregano together and pour over potatoes. Cook for 30-45 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
