Russian Tea Cakes
1 Cup Softened Butter
1/2 Cup Confectioner's Sugar
2 Cups Flour
1 teas. Watkins Vanillla
1/4 teas. Salt
1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts
Beat butter and sugar together until creamy and fluffy.
Gradually mix in flour. Stir in vanilla, salt and walnuts. Using level teaspoonful of
dough, shape into balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 oven for 10 - 12
minutes or until set but not brown. Remove from cookie sheet and cool completely. Roll in
confectioner's sugar.
